3 Simple Exercises To Do At Home Without Equipment

Three simple exercises to do at home without any equipment are squats, push-ups, and planks. These moves engage multiple muscle groups, boost strength and flexibility, and don’t require any special setup or tools

  1. Squats

Squats support leg and core strength while improving balance. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, lower into a sitting position keeping your spine straight, and return to standing. Aim for 10-15 repetitions to engage your quads, glutes, and core.

  1. Push-ups

Push-ups build upper body and core strength. Start in a plank position with hands shoulder-width apart. Lower your chest to the floor and then push up. Modify by using knees if needed. Try completing 10-12 repetitions per set for a solid workout.

  1. Plank

Planks strengthen your core, shoulders, and back. Begin in a push-up position, keep your body straight from head to toe, and hold for 20-30 seconds or longer. Tighten your abs, avoid sagging, and strive for consistency to see improvement.

These exercises are accessible for all fitness levels and can be performed almost anywhere, making them a practical part of any wellness routine.
